Site Rental Rates For 2011

All sites are full hookups with 30 Amp or 50 Amp.  Metered electricity charges are added for rentals of 4 weeks or more.

All sites are connected to a municipal water supply (City of Brewer).  No more worrying about water quality or water pressure from wells!

A limited number of pull-thru sites are available.  All sites are large (2500 sq.ft. +) and can accomodate any size RV.

Parking for extra vehicles is available.

Rates are for a maximum of 2 adults (age 18+) and 2 children.  Additional persons: $3.00 each per night.

A 10% of total site rent ($32.00 minimum) deposit is required to hold a reservation.

Season is May 15th to October 15th.
Staying off season is by agreement only.
